RJC Contracting, Inc. "RJC" is licensed as a general engineering and commercial building contractor.  RJC specializes in the construction of reinforced concrete structures; box culverts, headwalls, retaining walls, bridges, etc., but our services also include rental of heavy equipment, concrete barriers and impact attenuator devices. 

RJC is certified by the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona Department of Transportation and Pima County as a disadvanted business enterprise.  RJC is also certified by the City of Phoenix as a WBE & SBE firm.
